Kalambay Training is an integral sports coaching group including training, food monitoring and mental coaching.

Our unique training concept, which combines physical training with fist fights, is aimed at a wide audience, ranging from those who want to lose weight, gain muscle mass or simply tone up.

We are two professional sports brothers each in his respective field and we have decided to put our years of experience as well as our knowledge at your service to help you achieve your goals as they are.



1 single session of 60 min. without commitment to 130.- / h

12 sessions of 60 min. Once a week at 120.- / h

24 sessions of 60 min. at the rate of 2 times minimum per week at 110.- / h


1 session with 2 people of 60 min. 60.- / h per person

1 session with 3 people of 60 min. 40 .- / h per person

The maximum number in groups is 3 people because we want our training to remain specific !!
