The contract is concluded between Be your blueprint (further referred to as “BYB”) and You (further referred to as “the Client”).
1. Field of application
The present general terms of sale govern the sale of the items of the brand “Be your Blueprint” found on the website www.beyourblueprint.com from the day of the order until the delivery.
The fact for the Customer to validate his order automatically entails the express acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
The sale is concluded once the Customer has validated his shopping cart and a confirmation has been sent to him by e-mail.
Customers who order via the website site www.beyourblueprint.com are subjected to Swiss law. It is expressly stated that in case of dispute, the search of an amicable solution will be preferred by the Parties.
2. Delivery of the goods
The Customer is informed that BYB is not obliged to deliver the ordered items when they have been ordered in due form on their side but that the delivery was not carried out correctly or on time.
Likewise, BYB is not obliged to deliver the items if they are not responsible for the lack of availability of the items and if the Customer has been informed immediately.
In case of unavailability of the items ordered, the payments already made will be immediately refunded.
The Customer is informed that if the deadline is formulated in working days, BYB means by that every day from Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays.
3. Prices
Prices are net, as displayed on the site; they are applied throughout the duration of the sale.
Plus, the shipping costs that are not supported by BYB. The amount of these fees is subject to the approval of the customer before the validation of each order.
In addition, VAT, customs duties and customs clearance fees when ordering abroad are not supported by BYB.
4. Payment terms
The amount of purchases made on the site www.beyourblueprint.com is due at the time of the order, without discount. Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or Paypal.
5. Right of return of BYB items
For all purchases of Be your Blueprint items on the www.beyourblueprint.ch site, BYB grants a 30-day total right of return from receipt of the items. Under the contract, you can terminate the contract by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period starts to run the day after receipt of the goods). Shipping within the time limit is sufficient for it to be respected.
The condition for the exercise of the right of return, is that the items must be returned new, unwashed and in its original condition including the original label and package. Any damaged item will be charged in full.
The shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the Customer.
The return must be shipped at the following address: Chemin du Château 15, 1422 Grandson, Switzerland.
6. Refund
In case of return in accordance with Articles 5 and 8, the refund will be made on the account linked to PayPal or your credit card.

8. Legal liability for defects
If an item is defective or is missing at the time of delivery, it must be reported upon receipt of the item by email to the address info@beyourblueprint.com. BYB expressly reserves the right, in the event of reported and noticed defects of the purchased object, to deliver to the buyer a replacement item free of defects.
9. Other information
If isolated provisions of the contract, including these regulations, are or become totally or partially void, or if there is an unanticipated deficiency in the contract, the effectiveness of the other provisions or parts thereof shall not be affected. Ineffective or missing provisions are replaced by legal regulations.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These general conditions are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with Swiss law, the language of interpretation being the French language in case of a dispute over the meaning of a term or a provision of these general terms and conditions.
The Vienna Convention (CISG) and any other inter-state agreements do not apply. For contracts entered into for a purpose that cannot be included in the professional or commercial activity of the rights holder (contract with consumers), this election of law is only valid to the extent that the protection granted is not suppressed by mandatory provisions of state law in which the consumer usually resides
For any dispute that may arise between the parties, the court of jurisdiction is in Neuchâtel.
