We created the “30 day Cardio, Abs & Boxing Challenge” so you can burn as many calories as possible and still have a lot of fun as we have added some very basic kickboxing moves in your workouts. We’re sure you’re gonna love it. This challenge will allow you to lose fat, sculpt your body and strengthen your mental in 30 days.
There will be functional exercises to TONE UP, combined with cardiovascular work/ kickboxing to BURN a maximum of fat.

2)LIVE TRAININGS
In addition to the trainings available here on the platform, you have the possibility to do the surprise LIVE workouts with us in the facebook group. Make sure to check the schedule of the LIVES in the private facebook group.
3) BEFORE/AFTER Photos
Before starting the challenge, don’t forget to record your weight, by weighing yourself in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach and also to take a front and side photo in your underwear or swimsuit with a nice light. The goal is to really be able to notice the evolution and the results you will obtain because of this challenge.
To motivate you even more, we organize a contest for the best transformations from the challenge. To participate you just have to send us your pictures with the weight you will have lost and at the end of the challenge we will make a selection of the best results obtained, and the public will vote for the best transformation which will win a nice prize!
