We created the BYB. 33 MINUTES CHALLENGE to help you optimize your time with shorter but more intense workouts to give you the results you want. This challenge will allow you to lose fat, sculpt your body and strengthen your mental in 33 days.
There will be functional exercises to TONIFY you, combined with cardiovascular work to BURN a maximum of fat.

2) BEFORE/AFTER Photos
Before starting the challenge, don’t forget to record your weight, by weighing yourself in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach and also to take a front and side photo in your underwear or swimsuit with a nice light well framed. The goal is to really be able to notice the evolution and the results you will obtain thanks to this challenge.
To motivate you even more, we organize a contest for the best transformations from the challenge. To participate you just have to send us your pictures with the lost weight on facebook or instagram and at the end of the challenge we will make a selection of the best results obtained, and the public will vote for the best transformation which will win a nice prize!
