Remember to adapt the weights, work time and intensity according to your level, your condition at the time and to increase gradually over the course of the weeks. Your #1 goal should be to give your best in each training session and each week to do better than the previous week, that’s how you will improve and get the results you’re looking for.
For the medium & advanced, what is very important is to get the right weight, don’t take too light so you can have an efficient workout and some good results at the end of the challenge.
