With this formula, all you have to do is follow the training live with us.
For beginners, the goal is to follow and do your best, so at the beginning do fewer repetitions, less work and more rest time while following the videos. Remember to adapt the weights, work time and intensity according to your level, your condition at the time and to increase gradually over the course of the weeks. The number 1 objective is to give the best of yourself in each training session and each week to do better than the previous week.
For the medium & advanced, what is very important is to gain the right weight, don’t take too light to have an efficient workout and good results at the end of the challenge.
Example: if on an exercise I have to do 12 repetitions, I shouldn’t be able to do 14 or 15, if that’s the case I have to take heavier weights.
