Abs & HIIT Challenge

The main goal of our new “Abs & HIIT Challenge” is to help you BURN FAT, get a FLAT BELLY or even have a 6 PACK, before the summer!

For this challenge, we focused more on CARDIOVASCULAR, CORE & ABS exercises. With the “Abs & HIIT Challenge”, we’re gonna try & help you have these abs to appear in only 35 minutes per workout. Our main goal here is to allow you with some SHORT, yet very INTENSE & EFFECTIVE workouts to get some visible results in 30 days. We prepared a complete workout program for you with 5 sessions per week to help you get rid of this belly fat and feel good and ready for this summer!
