Double Shred Challenge

Our inspiration for this challenge was to merge in one single challenge a complete program for you ladies and another complete one also for you guys. 

Both programs are complimentary, which means that in order to complete your week you will have to do at least one training from the opposite focus. If you’re advanced or have more time you can do the 5 or the 6 workouts available.

The main target with this challenge will be to shred, build lean muscle and get lean with an emphasis 

ABS + UPPER BODY work for men. For you ladies, we are going to target the LOWER BODY + THE BOOTY. 

This challenge will not contain as much cardio because our main goal is to build lean muscle mass and sculpt that athletic shape.

ONGOING VIDEO FORMULA: with this program you will train with some real time videos. So you just have to press PLAY and you’re good to go.

Duration of the challenge: 30 days

Number of training sessions: between 3 and 6 sessions per week depending of your choice

Duration of the training: approx. 40 min.

Version: for MEN & WOMEN.

Level: suitable training for all levels.

Location: suitable for HOME & GYM no matter where you are there is no excuse!Required equipment: some dumbbells, a yoga mat and some booty bands
