NEW YEAR NEW ME

We created the “NEW YEAR, NEW ME” CHALLENGE, so you can start the year 2021 the best way possible and crush your goals! We kept our workouts short but they will be more intense than ever so you can get the results you’re really looking for. This challenge will allow you to burn fat, sculpt a more athletic physique and to push beyond your limits. 

There will be functional exercises on tuesday and thursday to SCULPT your physique, combined to some HIIT type of training on monday, wednesday and friday to BURN as much fat as possible.

ONGOING VIDEO FORMULA: with this program you will train with some real time videos, so you just have to press PLAY and you’re good to go.

Duration of the challenge: 30 days

Number of training sessions: 5 sessions per week + 1 extra workout

Duration of training: approx. 35 min.

Version: for MEN & WOMEN.

Level: Suitable training for all levels.

Location: suitable for HOME & GYM no matter where you are there is no excuse!!!

Required equipment: some dumbbells and a yoga mat. (Booty band but not mandatory)

2)LIVE TRAININGS

In addition to the workouts available here on the platform, you have the possibility to do the LIVE workouts with us in the facebook group. Make sure to check the schedule of the LIVES if you want to be a part of it.

3) BEFORE/AFTER Photos

Before starting the challenge on day 1, don’t forget to record your weight, by weighing yourself in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach and also to take a front and side photo in your underwear or swimsuit with a nice light. The goal is to really be able to notice the evolution and the results you will get with this challenge.

To motivate you even more, we organize a contest for the best body transformation of the challenge. To participate you just have to send us your before/after pictures with the weight you will have lost at the end of the challenge and the best transformation will win a nice price from us!
